So if you require specific information on sourcing <span> information, seasonality and availability, cup profile and suggested use, please do not hesitate to ask. </span></li> <li>Decide what coffees you want to buy and place you order over the phone or by email.</li> <li>Minimum order = 1 bag/sack/carton (between 10 and 70 kilos depending upon coffee) although we recommend 1 pallet for the most cost effective deliveries.</li> <li>Please make sure any special requests are made at this time.</li> <li>All orders need to be confirmed by one of our traders.</li> <li>We will endeavour to get an invoice to you within a few hours (but please allow 24 hours in busy periods). Please check invoice prior to proceeding with payment.</li> <li>Payment can be made by direct bank transfer, debit card, credit card (2% fee), cash or cheque.</li> <li>Once payment has been cleared, we will release the coffee to you.</li> </ul> <div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt">If your order is under the terms <b><u>ex warehouse</u></b>, the release note will be sent to you and it is your responsibility to organise collection of your coffees from our warehouse. You will need to book a date for collection directly with our warehouse giving them 24 hours notice (contact details will be shown on the release note). You must make sure the coffee is in sound condition when collecting from the warehouse.</div> <div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt">If your order is to be <b><u>delivered</u></b> by us, we will organise the delivery promptly or on the date suggested by you. The cost will be shown separately on the invoice. If the coffee arrives damaged, the delivery needs to be signed for as such, evidenced and notified immediately. We will deal with the issue promptly.</div> <div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt">Please note that any order over 2 bags will be placed on a pallet. We use coffee pallets (20 to 25 bags) or Euro pallets (up to 10 bags). If you do not want a pallet, please inform us before we raise the invoice. All pallets will be shrink wrapped.
